Fine for a short stay....

Liked: Great location. Nice view of the street park and a little bit of sea. Basic hotel just good for sleep. No facilities apart from a water machine.
Disliked: The stay was basic but comfortable overall. However, even with soundproof double-glazed windows, the street-facing rooms are very noisy, so I highly recommend bringing earplugs. This area is generally noisy—whether that’s a pro or con depends on your preference.Now for some constructive feedback on minor issues that could greatly improve the quality of the stay if addressed. Firstly, the lamps near the beds use cool white bulbs, which create a harsh, hospital-like lighting. Replacing them with soft white bulbs would provide a much warmer and more relaxing ambiance.Secondly, the coffee machine is outdated and not user-friendly, especially for international travellers unfamiliar with it. Investing in a Nespresso machine, which has become the standard in boutique hotels, would significantly enhance the guest experience. A good coffee in the morning makes a lasting impression, and this small upgrade would make a big difference.While these are small details, they reflect the difference between a good and a great stay

Disliked: The hotel administrator does not know the language well, he had a broken computer when I arrived, then they demand a deposit of 150$ in such a dirty place where the surrounding unsanitary, at the entrance smells horrible chlorine, my clothes for an hour of arrival there smelled completely chlorine, very dusty dirty, the room was without electricity and as if it was not cleaned, I could not work there because the palettes had no electricity and I needed to work urgently on the computer, I had to go to the restaurant to work at 9 pm and look for a new hotel. The hotel employee refused to change the room even though he looked at the condition of the room.

Liked: Perfect location of the hotel, amazing big room with full kitchen inside.
Disliked: Wifi was not working and in the kitchen there was no cleaning equipment to do the washing.

Nice staff and great location.

Perfect location for visiting Miami...

Liked: Stuff was excellent, informative and polite, Room was clean. Complimentary coffee and tea. Microwave in the room. Close to the beach and main walking street.
Disliked: Adittional fees and taxes. No response to messages.
