Liked: Great location. Room was spacious and even had a partial ocean view.
Disliked: Elevator was very slow.

Liked: Stuff was excellent, informative and polite, Room was clean. Complimentary coffee and tea. Microwave in the room. Close to the beach and main walking street.
Disliked: Adittional fees and taxes. No response to messages.

Stay at Ocean Drive

Liked: The location is perfect, staff really friendly and very nice room.

Location, hotel, suite, and the...

Liked: We were pleasantly surprised with our room. I believe we got upgraded bc I booked an Oceanview room with a queen bed. And I don't recall that the room had a balcony. However, when we got there, we were assigned to a luxury suite with a king-sized bed, an ocean view, and a balcony. Even a full kitchen, living room and walk-in closet! Beautiful!
Disliked: The elevator was terrifying. It was like riding on the Tower of Terror at Disneyworld. We tried to go up to the rooftop to see the pool. We attempted to get off at the 5th floor, but the elevator kept going back and forth between the 4th, 5th and Rooftop without the doors opening. Sometimes the door would open sometimes it would not. When it finally stopped and we stepped out, there was a LOUD boom, like the elevator dropped down the shaft or broke. We took the stairs back down to our room and didn't try to go back up to the Rooftop. Also, sometimes the elevator would go to the 4th floor (the room our suite was on) and the door would only partially open, then close. We had to repress the 4th floor button to get the elevator to align evenly with the floor of the 4th floor, and then fully open. Honestly, we were terrified to take the elevator. We prayed everytime we got on and off of it. They really need to get that fixed.

Disliked: Excellent location and the staff were very accommodating. Let me have an apartment for four days as I checked in early. And allowed me to stay there after cancellations. Also a late check out as my flight wasn’t till 5
