Very good

Liked: The rooms were clean, cute, and quiet.
Disliked: There was an issue with the hot water. It took about an hour for them to fix it.

Liked: Staff was really friendly. Liked having the microwave and refrigerator Breakfast wasn’t bad for what we paid for the room

Passable

Liked: He put us in another room without hesitation and sent someone to investigate.The second room was fine.
Disliked: The first room we were offered had a badly shredded curtain on the window overlooking the parking lot. "Check-in" seemed rather shocked when we explained what we saw.
