Poor
Disliked: Our room smelled like mold. No one was at the front to assist us at our check in. Then we were told we had to go to the back of the building due to having a service animal with no assistance after we had unloading our car (mind you I had a broken foot and had informed them ahead of time to please place us as close to the front as possible) and then had to roll our cart to our room outside the hotel (again, no porter! No one to help get the cart. If my husband had not come with me on this trip I would have been absolutely miserable) . There were pee stains on the floor from past animals. There were hair in our towels. No water or assistance at front at night because there were police officers and screaming people getting questioned for arrest. I could not even believe a hotel stay could go so poorly!

It wa terrible.
Liked: The hotel is beautiful however our accommodations were not inside the hotel and we did not realize that.
Disliked: Music was so loud until 12am we could not sleep at all. No one answered at the front desk . One of our worst stays at a hotel ever.

Liked: Everything felt like it was just built but it still had the 1955 decor and feel. Excellent options for eating inside the hotel. Staff were great and always helpful.
