Not happy with service

Liked: I was told on Booking.com that my deposit would be $500 it was far from that. It was $250 each room than tax. This wasn't what it was on my booking. Then I had to ask many times for extra towels for rooms only one of the rooms got the extra towels. The room wherent cleaned well as the cot had hairs on the sheets. The washroom in one room had walls and floor not cleaned. Staff also charged my credit card for one room at check out after being told I was paying with debit. I understand it was busy and I have stayed at this hotel many times. Though this time wasn't service at all! I have a booking for the end of the month. I am STRONGLY thinking over!
