Disliked: the jets was broken on hot tub.. after I called and was told it was working... it was broken and had been for a few days. the cleaning staff walked right in the room. at 9a.m

Liked: Location. Close to my work (hospital)
Disliked: Average service and facility. Gave “1” for rating because they failed to provide me with the receipt. I’ve been using Booking.com for a decade and Hotels always provide the receipt upon check out. This is the only time I was not able to obtain one!!Calling the agents at the front desk several times was not even helpful!!I like I paid the hotel and they FAILED to simply gi e me the receipt!!Very disappointed!

Router upgrade needed badly...lousy wifi...

Liked: Large room, comfortable bed.
Disliked: The wifi was spotty, at best. I couldn't stay the second night because of it. Moved to another hotel in town. I'm much happier here...
