Liked: Excellent location, very safe. The subway was right outside the hotel. The location was amazing, out of the hustle and bustle but so easy to get to every NY attraction

Little well located hotel but...

Disliked: Very small rooms, breakfast disappointing, no variety at all, as no coffee machine in the room I asked only for one coffee in the breakfast room, they requested to pay full breakfast.Next morning I went to close starbucks , pitty that they don't care so much about the hotel experience of their customersHotel feels like impersonal place

A traditional NY hotel

Liked: The location was perfect, away from the busier parts, but brilliant subway service right out side the front door. Ariel on the front desk was so helpful and attentive.
Disliked: The breakfast at serafina. We were sat at the bar, it wasn't planned out very well and the breakfast was very basic, although sufficient.
