Overall happy but could be...

Liked: Great location. Rooms were spacious
Disliked: Long wait for check in, made us sit down on the table and said we could check in but took them nearly 25 minutes. This was similar when we checked out also.

Only there for one night,...

Liked: Comfortable bed, great breakfast, attentive staff. The courtyard view was lovely.

Liked: Loved the location! Concierge was so helpful and welcoming.
Disliked: Style of the lobby. Strange, cold, unwelcoming. If your lobby is basically two dining room tables at least offer a welcome drink to confirm the concept. Felt like I had walked into someone’s diningroom while they were in home office and disturbed them.
