Not very accommodating. Didn’t grant...

Liked: Loved the location! Concierge was so helpful and welcoming.
Disliked: Style of the lobby. Strange, cold, unwelcoming. If your lobby is basically two dining room tables at least offer a welcome drink to confirm the concept. Felt like I had walked into someone’s diningroom while they were in home office and disturbed them.

Really good! Loved it!

Liked: Hotel was extremely good and front staff are amazing. Location was exceptional and I love the boutique style of the hotel. I stayed in the room with a balcony and it was super nice to back onto gardens, really lovely. Would definitely stay again!
Disliked: They can improve on their breakfast service and get better coffee jugs to serve the coffee. Breakfast was too long of a wait and the person I got was not attentive. Coffee had to be repoured multiple times as there were grains in it. There was better staff that came in so perhaps it was just a change of shift challenge.
