Liked: Rooms were upstairs ( no lift) steep staircase; the ensuite although clean and ‘modern’ the tiles on the shower floor were slippery and quite dangerous plus to go into the bathroom there was a step up needing our phone torch on overnight to avoid any falls. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Liked: Outstanding customer service (lovely friendly staff who go the extra mile to help). Quirky interiors with unique, artistic (and often humorous) features. Comfortable stable (king size) mattress. Good food on the premises.
Disliked: Sleep disturbed by bright lights from verandah and street, and noise from street. People sitting right outside our windows on the verandah was a bit weird. Maybe provide a floor squeezy? for the (beautifully renovated) bathroom whose floor hasnt been properly raked to guide shower water to the drain.

Very nice hotel with super...

Liked: Great, small hotel in the Adelaide CBD. Staff were very helpful and friendly with great recommendations for things to do. Easy walk to local restaurants and activities. Lack of free parking was the only negative, but lot across the street next to the bus station always had availability at $18 AUD / day.

Not happy at all ,...

Liked: We loved the decor and vibe of the hotel
Disliked: The room was the size of a cupboard absolutely no room for luggage,we have stayed there before and it was great that’s why we went back very disappointed,no view at all and still charged the same amount as other rooms

Liked: Beautiful room… big! And very comfortable.
Disliked: I have to say that it is loud, as in the windows are single pane. But earplugs made it work.
