Liked: The location is sensational if going out walking and the staff, despite it being Christmas busyness were excellent. Great customer service from the accommodation and restaurant side of things. We stayed in room 10 & 11; lovely rooms.
Disliked: There was a muck up with the room allocation but the staff couldn't have tried harder to correct the mistake. If I was being picky I would say the beds were too hard for me but that is personal preference. We will stay here again next Christmas.

Disliked: Nothing not to like just shame they where short staffed, a lot of people complaining but not the staff’s fault the place was rammed, can’t be helped but hard for the ones who are grafting for minimum wage and getting hassle!

Liked: The staff were all extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly. The food (at dinner) was excellent- a BRILLIANT range of vegetarian options, which was perfect for us. The breakfast menu was also excellent. The accommodation was clean, spacious and warm. Perfect!
