They charged a random one dollar to my card and 25$ for "missing cards" that they did not inform me needed to be turned in. Our door did not lock - we would close it and it just needed to be pushed and it'd open. It's a very old hotel and not for young adults. They also accused us of smoking in the room and charged an additional $159 for a smoke smell in the room. However we did not smoke in the room. A smoke smell stays on clothes and will linger a bit but nobody actually smoked inside the room and I was charged. My experience was very bad with my very short stay there. The cab ride was $25 one way to Farm Bureau Live. Thank you for reading.

Liked: Was 8 miles from Farm Bureau Live.
Disliked: When I was checking out they did not ask for or tell me that the card keys would cost $5 extra per card if they were not turned in. The bathrooms were small and only two towels were supplied.

Liked: If you're going to a concert, it is a good price for how close it is to the venue (Farm Bureau Live).
Disliked: Front desk was nice, but reservation department failed to call me back several times and was overall difficult to work with.

Liked: Great for concert - about $25 cab ride. Excellent service.
Disliked: The bedding.

It is clean and comfortable...

Liked: It is located within walking distance of Regent University, making it convenient for meetings. The Colonial architecture is appealing.
Disliked: Room are in separate buildings. There is no morning coffee only a $17 breakfast offered which is too expensive. For a Hilton Hotel it offers very little other than location.

Liked: The only thing we really liked was the front desk staff who were very nice.
Disliked: The hotel is old and our room wasn't the cleanest. I have traveled all over the world and this hotel had by far the worst water pressure in the shower that I have ever had to deal with! Went to the breakfast buffet one morning and actually got up and left after seeing the food which looked terrible. Would not come back for future visits.
