Liked: The ambiance. Breakfast. The friendly staff
Disliked: Beds are little too comfy (soft)

Very good

Liked: The room was really nice. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The location was excellent.
Disliked: The front desk staff were not very knowledgeable and it took many questions to get an answer from them.

Liked: It’s beautiful and elegant. The beds were fairly decent. But the room was hot. Other than that we loved it!
Disliked: The room was hot and even after turning the thermostat as low as I could it didn’t cool down.

Liked: The staff is friendly, professional, room service excellent, food amazing , hotel is beautiful, bed so comfortable , just perfect!!!!!
Disliked: Getting to the parking, the guy at the front of the hotel directing traffic? Not sure what he was doing , was not a doorman (didn’t open doors) and was not a valet, (didn’t park cars ) and when asked about parking his direction were lacking and he was not helpful
