Liked: Architecture and structure of building. Beautiful decor renovations. Oval dining room superb together with staff, service and exceptional food. Room and bed super comfy and good location.

My stay was disappointing in...

Liked: The bedroom itself was good with a nice view.
Disliked: The price was more than was advertised on Booking.com. The desk staff were professional and efficient but not friendly. Another change - they charged an extra $250 over and above since I was using a debit rather than a credit card. I haven't been there for several years but used to stay frequently in the past. There used to be a really nice piano bar in the lobby that is now just a modernized restaurant and lounge. It did not live up to its resplendent past.
