Liked: The service and staff are always exceptional. They are the main reason to go to this hotel. It's also spotlessly clean and the rooms are large (check out the freakishly large showers!). We've tried other upscale hotels on the Plaza, but this is the best!
Disliked: Like everything about this hotel!

Liked: The hotel was beautiful and the location was great.
Disliked: Shady. I booked through booking.com and the total was $700 that included taxes, fees, and parking. When we arrived my husband gave the front desk his card just for accidentals and if we charged anything extra to the room. We only charged $23 to our room for coffees and that should have been our only charge, but when we went to check out they told us our total was $885. I told them that wasn’t correct and that the total was $700 and I believed it had already been charged to my card. The front desk person stated that that was just a hold and nothing is charged until we leave. I again, questioned the amount and where the additional $157 came from since that wasn’t the price listed when I booked it. They handed me a bill an entire page long of weird fees and extra taxes. Not to mention they let someone else charge a $7 monster and another $6 front desk item to our room!!!! It wasn’t a lot, but still. They said they’d take the small charges off but offered no explanation for the other additional fees. They were up charging us a ridiculous amount. My husband was frustrated at this point and said to forget it and we left. I checked my credit card app when I got home and sure enough it had already charged the correct amount of $700 to my credit card! And I double checked booking. Com and it clearly stated that all taxes, fees, and parking were included! So I called the hotel to let them know they not only did they over charge us but they charged us twice. They did apologize and said they’d refund the total amount minus the $23 charge for coffee. But guess what! They still tried to charge us $50 more for parking so I had to message them again. As of right now they still never refunded the stupid $13 charges that weren’t ours, but they did refund the parking…. It took almost 10 days to get our money refunded!
