Liked: The warm welcome from our hosts made us feel very comfortable. Loved the size of the sweet and the way it was presented along with the rest of the property.

Definitely the place to stay...

Liked: Karen and Rob were very personable and inviting. The lodge is beautifully decorated with something to feats the eyes upon in every nook. Our room was magnificent with an incredible view. Breakfast was thoroughly enjoyable and the complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch.

Liked: A luxurious property. Every thing thought of and provided. Great breakfast. Lovely hosts. Great views over Lake Taupo

Liked: Luxurious bed and breakfast with fabulous views of the lake and a short drive from Taupo city centre. The hosts Karen and Rob have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as it can be. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay at the Flying Trout on future visits to Taupo.

Awesome.

Liked: The hosts were extremely welcoming, very helpful, friendly and personable. The property was beautiful, great views, comfortable. It was the sort of.place we wanted to stay longer to experience more of it. Highly recommended
Disliked: Nothing. It was exceptional
