Liked: Stayed many times before lovely hotel great friendly staff smashing bar and relaxing area. Breakfast is top draw and it’s bang on in the heart of Dublin

Loved the location and the...

Liked: Quality was good. Breakfast was very good. Our initial room was very ‘average’ but we upgraded to an “elegance” room which was better. Location was 100%
Disliked: Rooms were to small and basic. It isn’t a discount hotel so shouldn’t offer basic rooms.

Great location

Liked: Really nice hotel. We happened to be there during a Jazz festival & were greeted by live music in the lobby upon arrival. It was pretty cool! We also happened to be there for a huge storm that shut most of Ireland down. The staff was fantastic when we needed to add a night onto our stay. We took advantage of their “breakfast in bed” room service option & it turned a stressful time into a fun memory!
Disliked: I will say that if you have ANY physical limitations, be sure to let them know ahead of time in an attempt to have your room more accessible. It was a sort of a labyrinth of halls & stairs to get to our room.
