Liked: The location was beyond excellent - very central, yet at the quieter end of Temple Bar (I had no trouble sleeping; my room was on the 3rd floor and the only sounds I could hear were a few seagulls in the morning). I got a complimentary room upgrade which was a lovely surprise, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning - with ample choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the roaring fire in the lobby brought a cozy atmosphere.
Disliked: I really don't have any negative feedback to share! If I was to nitpick, I would say that the Room Service staff not replenishing my coffee / tea / milk stash for two days in a row. In terms of coffee and tea, there was still plenty to go around, but I eventually ran out of milk. When I rang Reception, they sent somebody in immediately to bring me the little milk containers. No harm, no foul :). The elevator was a bit slow, and my room was quite a trek away - but, again, this did not bother me in the slightest.
