Hotel Description
Located in Cirencester town center The Fleece at Cirencester is a 300-year old Grade II listed building features original beams and log fires. Guests can dine in the Stableyard Restaurant with its enclosed courtyard and traditional bar and lounge. The rooms are well-equipped and all have a bathroom with either a bath a shower a hairdryer and toiletries. Guests can also enjoy tea and coffee-making facilities and ironing facilities. 1651 Bar and Restaurant serves international dishes cooked with local ingredients. In the summer months the Lounge Bar opens its floor-to-ceiling doors and serves sandwiches and snacks in a café-culture style. A full English breakfast is served each morning. In the heart of the Cotswolds the Fleece is a 10-minute drive from Cotswold Water Park and a 25 minutes' drive from Bourton-on-the-Water.

An ideal place to explore...

Liked: The property is in a good central location making it very easy to explore the town centre. Off street guest parking.
Disliked: The staff attentiveness at dinner. For a 5-star hotel we felt the quality of service should be better.

Enjoyable stay in the Cotswolds

Liked: Central location, very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely decor .
Disliked: Noisy road.

Excellent pub for accommodation food...

Liked: Beautiful pub our room was fabulous. The staff were brilliant . We ate in the restaurant the food was superb as was the service . Thank you all we will be back x

Good but not a 5*...

Liked: For me a 4* at best. Staff, breakfast and location were great, but the rooms were extremely small, pokey, unable to open one of the windows, very dark, extremely hot with no aircon and not quiet (we were on the main road). The hallways seemed dirty. Definitely far inferior to other 5* hotels il stayed in.
