Disliked: For 800 EUR for 6 days I expected at least a bit of professionalism and thorough cleaning. The internet connection in my room was very bad whether with WiFi or roaming. Cleaning was done once after 3 days. However they just changed the bedsheets and did not bother to take out the trash. I ordered to have a suit cleaned. The hotel promised me to have it done by the requested date. However the suit was never cleaned at all. As an apology the staff asked me to take a steamer and do it myself. At checkout I was charged a breakfast I never had. Overall a very disappointing stay.
