Minus being taking on for...

Liked: Got over charged for apparently smoking in the room which did not take place at all. Very disgusted that my bank account was down by a Further £250. Over abuse of power
Disliked: The room was amazing & my girlfriend loved how they set up for Valentine’s Day, we had a great stay minus being robbed of £250

Great hotel, wonderful service!

Liked: I liked everything about the Fitzwilliam. Service was exceptional from the moment we arrived, both at Reception, the Concierge, in the Restaurant and the Bar. Of particular mention was Aaron in the bar who went over and above to ensure we had a great experience. The hotel is immaculate throughout and is certainly one we will visit again. It is HIGHLY, recommend.

Liked: Wonderful breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. On site parking was nice. Rooms were beautiful. We loved our 3 night stay. Location was perfect!
