Liked: Stayed in a King-double room. Fresh decor. Everything worked. Staff helpful. Bar area atmospheric with very classy Xmas decorations. Great food. Close to ferry terminal. Would definitely look to staying here again.And... red squirrels seen running around the grounds.

Liked: The beds and rooms are very well cleaned and comfortable. Food was nice on the evening
Disliked: The radiators didn't work I'm the rooms but apart from that the back door we struggled to lock after going out for a cigarette.. the breakfast was a ok bur when asked for well cooked bacon it was still very fatty and still looked very raw around the edges .

People friendly at the Pub,good...

Disliked: The room was dated,& No heating in my room valves on the radiators stuck down.The radiators downstairs in the pub,very hot to the touch.

Perfect for a short stop...

Liked: Excellent location, fabulous food and very comfortable beds in a spotless room. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Only small niggles. No iron or ironing board in room, very small tv and the basic Nescafé coffee in room.
