Fantastic location for Madrid Centro,...

Liked: Good selection at breakfast. Proper toaster!
Disliked: Cooked food was generally a little cold. Coffee (machine) was poor.

Great stay!

Liked: Everything about my stay was great. Reception was helpful, rooms were clean and the location was perfect.
Disliked: The only problem was that breakfast started only at 08:00, which is very late for someone who is travelling for work.

Liked: The situation in the city center was really good and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: In our room, the bathroom was just closable by a glass door. So when someone goes on toilet at night, the whole room gets lightend

Liked: Location is not bad. But there are so many other choices in the same location.
Disliked: Over priced for its value. Extremely small. No service. No lobby. No cleaning after 3PM. Even they forgot about it, they don’t care. Shower door cannot be closed. Loud from the streets and the neighbors. No water provided. It’s more a hostel style. Definitely NOT 4 star as they claim. Stayed in three hotels in the same location. This is obviously the worst one and very far behind.
