Disliked: It's not a 4* hotel and they give false information at web. No bar in the hotel, no minibar in the room, safety close to roof, breakfast room too small

Liked: Location

Superb

Liked: Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff. We got a better room than what we booked. They have a luggage room, so we could leave our luggage for a couple of hours on the day of check out.
Disliked: Breakfast room is limited, so it could happen that you should wait for an empty table. There were no vegetables for breakfast.

Good for location and comfort.

Disliked: Breakfast starting at 8am is not good for business travellers. Needs to be open from 7 or at latest 7.30

Liked: The location is very central within Madrid, so it's an extremely good base for walking to all the main tourist areas and restaurants and bars.
Disliked: Breakfast is included, but due to the small restaurant it may be necessary to wait for a table. This wasn't an issue for us as we were provided with take away containers for our guided tours

Good

Liked: Excellent location near Gran Via (all sighseeing spots + main shopping street is nearby); a very nice breakfast and a very friendly and helpful staff. A lot of nice caffes and restaurants around.
Disliked: Located in a very loud neighborhood (you can't sleep with open window), bed is a rather comfortable one, but pillows are not (very small and strange form).
