Lovely stay on the east...

Liked: Lovely hotel on the mid city east side. Everyone was nice and accommodating for the most part but there have been some hiccups in service and followups
Disliked: It’s been 10days and I still did not receive the $200 deposit from checkin, I left everything in order and clean, even took pictures and videos. Also when I left the doorman convinced me to use their car service and not call my uber, he said it was a fixed rate of 100 but when I got to the airport I was prompted to also pay tax although the driver was independent and ofc tip as well, it ended up more than an uber and not worth it tbh.

Great value, great location, we...

Liked: We were upgraded to a suite on the 21st floor with a balcony, kitchenette, living and dining rooms and roomy bedroom. We have never gotten so much space in a NY hotel room and it was all nicely designed. The beds were Queen size (we had a grandchild with us and wanted two queens-almost all the other hotels we considered only had full bedrooms) and very comfy. The location is excellent. The staff was very accommodating.

Amazing Manhattan holiday

Liked: Perfect location close to all the major sites of midtown Manhattan. The room was huge and so was the bathroom! Very clean and the beds were very comfortable indeed.
Disliked: The desk staff weren’t always as friendly as one might expect - although the door staff were absolutely brilliant!

Criminal. Don't get conned.

Disliked: The room was not what was advertised and very expensive. The lights kept flickering and making a huge sound as if there was a loss of power every 15 minutes. The worst part was when I took their private car service to the airport. I was clearly told it's 100 dollars plus 10 dollars surcharge for using a card. We get to terminal and she says it's 120. I questioned her and she just said no it's extra. That is disgusting. She is a thief and a liar. My friend also took the same service and paid 110 total the day before ! What absolute cheeky criminal behaviour. My driver was a Latino woman in a GMC and she is a crook and an absolute cow! I demand my 10 dollars back. Liar and theif. Fifty hotel I hope you read this and I will be taking this further. My money needs to be given back out of principle. Poor hotel.
