Liked: The hotel, restaurant and bar were very pretty. The concierge and front desk lady were very sweet and helpful. was shockingly small not like the photo shown.
Disliked: Th room was shockingly small not like the photo shown and the bed about killed us, as it was not comfortable.Not being able to just run into the bar or restaurant bar for a quick cocktail was ridiculous for what we paid as they could not accommodate last minute walk-ins. Neither on the way to dinner or after for a night cap.

Staying here was the biggest...

Disliked: I paid $8,999.28 on Oct 14, 2024 to reserve a room for 10 days, from 23 Dec 2024 through 02 Jan 2025. After all was said and done, I was happy with the reservation through Booking.com. My fiancée, with her son, arrived on 23 Dec 2024. The hotel then charged my debit card for $815.50 again for each night which was broken down as 715.00 a day with an additional 100.00 per night, for a room upgrade. They downgraded us from a King room to a room with two twins. Then, on 26 Dec 2024, they raised the room rate to 805.00 with the upgrade fee per night of 100.00, for the remainder of the trip through 02 Jan 2025.

Disliked: Thought the bed needed to be updated. Didn't provide good support on side by table. Think it's been overused.Otherwise, it was fine.
