Clean hotel, friendly staff

Liked: Super friendly staff, clean premises.
Disliked: Room is relatively small.

Good Location

Liked: Location was great. The entrance to the metro train was at the corner with plenty of restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance. Staff was very helpful. Many amenities and luggage hold available.
Disliked: I wish there were more options for warm food at breakfast. The room was small, but if you're traveling alone it isn't a problem. No fridge in the room, so don't bring your leftovers back.

Liked: The location is excellent. Good hot water in the shower and good pressure. Staff was very good. TV selections were good
Disliked: Way overpriced for what you get - which isnt much. Here are our experiences:• Dark and dingy•Rooms are loud and you can hear everything •Shower handle is under shower head so youre blasted with cold water at first•We had a used roll of TP and no extra one when we ran out. Had to use tissues.•Toilet seat was very used and appeared dirty•The soap provided was blah and barely got me clear•Room lighting was aweful•The "free" breakfast is a joke. Seriously.•There is no way to adjust the fan on the heat/air

Liked: Breakfast was good with fresh pastries and decent coffee. The room size exceeded my expectations. Other hotels in this price range were much worse. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Evening wine reception 5-7 pm was brilliant, expected box wine got very drinkable white or red. Overall a pleasant surprise.
