Liked: I like the location was perfect for exploring the city.
Disliked: A couple of small improvements would make the experience even better: the room could use some extra shelving for storage, and it would be great if breakfast was offered as well.

Liked: The staff was sweet and helpful! The hotel is located perfectly near the Staten Iand ferry (the manhattan side), lots of trains, shopping stores, and cute cafes. The rooms are a bit small, but its the city!
Disliked: The rooms are a bit small, but its the city! The lack of decor in the hotel’s hallways leading to the rooms makes it feel creepy and sterile.

Liked: This was the cleanest, most up to date room I’ve stayed in in the Financial District. Staff was friendly and loved the size of our room as well
Disliked: Minor detail but refrigerator in room would have been nice
