Consisted of of 2 restored listed Georgian buildings The Ferryman Townhouse overlooks the River Liffey. Good-value rooms above a lively pub and just a mile from Dublin's Center Built in the 1780's by Lord Cardiff each room is now well-equipped with modern facilities including a TV hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The Ferryman Townhouse has a traditional-style Dublin pub that has a wonderful atmosphere and has retained its old-world charm. Come and enjoy a pint of Guinness or join in with the locals for a traditional Irish welcome. The Bord Gais Energy Theater which is home to West End hits is 984 feet from The Ferryman Townhouse's door. The 3Arena concert venue is across the river. Located beside the iconic Samuel Beckett Bridge opposite the Convention Center the Ferryman Townhouse offers a central base to explore Dublin's attractions on foot or taxi. Comfortable, convenient, and great value

Liked: The room was very comfortable and well-maintained, modern and spacious. I didn’t hear any noise from inside the building.
Disliked: Breakfast isn’t available on the premises. In fairness, I did know this in advance and there are plenty of nearby options.

Liked: Staff are so friendly & welcoming. Stayed her a number of times. Nothing negative at all! Beds so comfy, spotless room, powerful shower! Perfect!

Basic, decent clean very reasonably...

Liked: Room was basic, clean easy to access rooms
Disliked: Curved shower screen on runners very flimsy and felt could break. Tv was difficult to use. In all channels were the same. Staff were non existent.
