Liked: The room and hotel were immaculate and the reception staff were very professional, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room was perfect, great facilities and a 5 minute drip to Blenheim palace

Very small room with difficult...

Liked: Very friendly staff. Good restaurant for evening meal. Location was excellent for Blenheim Palace.
Disliked: The room was very small with small bathroom. Nicely furnished. Access was by two sets of very windy stair cases. The hotel uses soap dispensers attached to the wall. These difficult to use. Worst situation however was that there are two generators immediately below windows which provide power for that part of the village. They switch off at 2200hrs but restart at 0800hrs in the morning. Even the staff are apologetic about them. This should have been mentioned before hand and rates adjusted appropriately

Liked: The welcome at reception was professional but friendly, the room was excellent but the stairs were a little challenging. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were all attentive.
Disliked: The stairs.No directions to the rooms from reception, other than the person on reception, as there were multiple access points to various room locations
