Liked: Lovely room, central location for Landrover experience & great indian across the road. Cosy & historic hotel.
Disliked: Only scored down as the heating wasn't working in the room, radiator stone cold, not great when 0 degrees in the morning!

Disliked: Some of the furniture not in keeping with age and style of hotel ("Ikea" type wardrobes and cupboards).

Liked: The Feathers Hotel is a lovely, characterful old coaching in style hotel in the middle of Ledbury. The staff were excellent, the room was extremely comfortable and the hotel was an ideal base for exploring the town and the surrounding area.
Disliked: The entrance to the car park was a bit snug for larger vehicles, (Jaguar F-Pace). Something to be aware of if you're planning to use the hotel parking facilities. It's also a fairly tight turn into it from the access street.

Liked: The rooms we booked surpassed all our expectations - spacious, luxurious, extremely comfortable and very well equipped en suite rooms with seating area and an art gallery on the walls, which was unexpected and joyous, so unique in its choice of furnishings and decor. The Feathers also has great kerb appeal, it is a beautiful historic building, and we felt privileged to stay there.
Disliked: After the joys and luxury of the private rooms, the public rooms were a disappointment, though there is a handsome, very comfortable lounge area front of house. It was always very full during our stay, so we didn't get to use it.Once past the reception area, the Feathers is an unremarkable inn, and a trifle chilly in winter. Our trip was to mark a special event in my son's life and we found the contrast between the upstairs rooms and the public rooms a disapointment. Sampling the bar in the evening, the conversation of fellow drinkers at neighbouring tables was a good deal louder than ours. We felt uncomfortable and didn't stay long.

Liked: The room we had was excellent with lovely facilities. It was very clean.The hotel was a wonderful ancient and very interesting building.
Disliked: That it was cashless only. I don’t think this is fair.
