Liked: Beautiful inn situated in picturesque surroundings only minutes from historic Waitsfield. Great room and facilities including spa, outdoor fire. Our bed (yes, it was a featherbed) was incredibly comfortable, breakfasts were a treat with all local produce and our hosts (Karen and Mick) were amazing, very knowledgeable about local tourist attractions and places to visit.

Very good

Liked: The best features of the accommodation were the comfort and cleanliness of the room, the extreme friendliness and helpfulness of the innkeepers, and the fabulous three course hot breakfasts (especially the homemade scones).
Disliked: The only negative was that the doors to the buildings and rooms did not have locks.

Lovely B&B experience.

Liked: Beautiful property and gracious hosts. The food was exceptional. The grounds were beautiful and very close to hiking trails. This is a lovely place for the VT Band B experience. It's probably not the best place to stay if you're just looking for a night's sleep because staying there is a whole experience. I will stay here again for sure.
Disliked: It was advertised as pet friendly but only certain spaces are pet friendly and Booking doesn't allow you to differentiate the rooms as you book. The hosts allowed us to stay in their non-pet room but I felt uncomfortable knowing the pet wasn't supposed to be there.

A true Vermont experience

Liked: Our stay was delightful from the time we arrived. The greeting was very friendly and comforting. The room was perfect for our needs with extra space if needed. The breakfast was very tasty and they were very kind to fit our schedule.
