We loved it!

Liked: The staff! They are all so friendly and attentive. My little girl is only 1.5 years and very active and inquisitive and they were all so lovely with her
Disliked: The hired cotbed mattress wasn't suitable

Exceptional

Nice rooms, good customer service,...

Liked: Very nice rooms, good overall levels of comfort and presentation in common areas and rooms. The main house is quirky in places which adds to the charm. There are dining options within the hotel at a number of price points. Parking is easy and plentiful. Easy access to main routes and local area.
Disliked: The main house transition areas are in need of updating and decorating. They don't match the quality of the rooms. Which is a shame. Breakfast was a little hit and miss in terms of quality. Room rates are a little too pricey for there not to be consistency across the board in terms of quality.

Great hotel and good location...

Liked: Lovely hotel in a great location. Very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. Wonderful food in the restaurant and a really good breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing !

Superb

Liked: Beautiful spacious room with comfy bed.
Disliked: Breakfast , was a long wait when it arrived was luke warm and over cooked. Which was a shame as dinner the evening before was amazing.

Exceptional!

Liked: The entire experience was absolutely exceptional. The staff can’t help you enough, the food is honestly out of this world. Superb! Rooms super comfortable, the bed was probably the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. There really was nothing not to like, what an amazing find and I will 100% be back! Thank you so much!
Disliked: A pitty we couldn’t stay longer! There is truthfully nothing not to like.

Liked: Wonderful atmosphere and luxury room was superb. Lovely staff.

Satisfactory

Liked: The breakfast was good but no one told us about the buffet which was in a separate area. Would have been helpful to know. The evening meal was very good.
Disliked: Booking - we tried to ring and each time got a message asking us to leave our number and that someone would ring us back but no one did, which was most unsatisfactory as we wanted to ask questions about our requirements so we had to book through booking.com. Why didn't we get a return call?
