Liked: I didn’t realise there was more then 1 family motel in NSW and it’s gone and booked me in at the wrong one I actually needed And working with me as a pure accident and I let them know in advance my mistake straight away they refused my $181 refund which I needed for travelling purposes . If I didn’t let them know in advance I could have understood
