A delight

Liked: The staff are very attentive and supportive, the bed was very comfortable and there was lots of hot water.
Disliked: The road leading to the property was a little hard to use.

Disappointing

Liked: Great location. Hotel has much potential.
Disliked: Poor customer service. Food was limited and not cooked to request.Bathroom was very cold, heating did not work, shower was a dribble!
