Liked: It was conveniently located close to our family. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: It was not clean, hotel needs updating, scratches on the walls, stains on the carpets, scratches on the furniture. I could not eat the breakfast, the sausages were deep fried and tasted strange.

Friendly hotel, great location for...

Liked: Staff were very welcoming and friendly, excellent location for the exhibition centre, and easy parking on site. Breakfast service was efficient and good to have a freshly cooked breakfast. Quiet room despite being on the road, due to the secondary glazing in place, it works very well. Perfect for a 1 night stay for the exhibition centre at half the price of the hotels on the complex.
Disliked: The whole ambience of the hotel is very dated, 1980s, but the room is comfortable and clean with no issues.

Disliked: They had a large aircon unit that was not visible in the dark and destroyed my rear window costing £500
