Pleasant

Liked: Front desk staff amazing, pleasant and accommodating.
Disliked: Extremely noisy with very loud music playing most of the day and night. Difficult to sleep as the outside sounds came through the venting and closed windows of my room day and night!

Great location, "meh" hotel

Liked: Location, room cleaning
Disliked: hotel feels a bit run down, room rather small, no proper bathroom door, staff a bit aloof

Rude customer service, very insensitive...

Liked: Unable to check in early offered to pay and was declined, told they would call when room ready and never received notification.
Disliked: Desk staff said NO to everything that I asked while talking to another guest sure, no problem and I can get that for you .The female that checked me in told me to use my hands under the faucet when I asked her for a bottle of water.
