Disliked: Problem with lift and I had to climb stairs to my disabled roomWindow wouldn't shut and it was blowing a gale so room freezingI think there she be a chair to use in the shower as I booked a disabled room for the shower and my poor husband had to lift meb so I could shower

New decor

Liked: Room was excellent Love the new decor and no creaky floors
Disliked: View out room window, didn’t like looking at roof of kiddies play room

Disappointing

Disliked: The rooms had no phone for room service booked in for 2 guest only one towel plus the room n bed were a lot smaller that when I stay there 2 weeks ago for same price payed for 2 nights did ask at reception to regards things got told thay,d get back to us but never heard anything won't book again definitely try sumwhere else
