Very nice hotel with great...

Liked: The hotel staff were fantastic, they helped me cancel 3 days of my stay so I could get a refund when it turned out I would have to end my stay earlier than I thought. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very nicely finished.
Disliked: The shower had only a rain shower without a shower head.

Lovely stay for a family

Liked: Lovely warm welcome by receptionist. Very helpful. Newly refurbished rooms- nicely finished. Very clean. Lovely family room. Comfy beds. Kids loved bunks. Fantastic shower. Breakfast OK. Adequate buffet. Attitude of waitress / service somewhat lacklustre at breakfast. Service and staff seemed much more upbeat and welcoming in the evening.

Our stay was very good,...

Liked: Only had continental breakfast, that was very good.
Disliked: The only thing I can think of is the bed could of been a bigger bed
