We loved hotel but figured we should have had complimentary breakfast for the price - we came a long ways to be with you guys. The staff was second to none and we will be back someday in future.

Liked: Close to Scotiabank Arena.
Disliked: Had trouble to get internet.

nice hotel in an underwhelming...

Liked: Nice lobby. I forgot my charger and the staff downstairs charged my phone. Nice toiletries.
Disliked: The room was a little dated. A printed room service menu would have been preferred. Requesting toothpaste took forever and there was no floss.

Liked: Customer service was excellent. Our room wasn't ready upon check in and the staff was very accommodating. We were given a $100 hotel credit which we used at the Library Bar - an amazing spot to hideaway for a drink and conversation.
