We loved hotel but figured we should have had complimentary breakfast for the price - we came a long ways to be with you guys. The staff was second to none and we will be back someday in future.

Liked: Close to Scotiabank Arena.
Disliked: Had trouble to get internet.

The worst stay ever

Liked: In October I stayed at this hotel. I paid for a king bed. I got a queen bed. Even while checking in they promised a king bed later in the evening. The room that gave me was next to an elevator so it was noisy all night. My last stay I got the king bed but there was a LITTLE party going on. I went to bed a 1030 pm because I was to leave early. My bed was vibrating from the base of the music. I called the desk and the said the party would end by 12 midnight. The party finally ended at 2:08 am. I talked to manager in the morning and they offered me $50. This was the worst stay ever. I have stayed there 2-3 times a year. I will never stay there again.
