We loved hotel but figured we should have had complimentary breakfast for the price - we came a long ways to be with you guys. The staff was second to none and we will be back someday in future.

Liked: Close to Scotiabank Arena.
Disliked: Had trouble to get internet.

Fairmont Royal York - wow! Can't wait to go back.

Liked: The friendly staff; quiet rooms and the service.
Disliked: Couldn't stay longer.

Disliked: I don’t like the following 1. Over crowded swimming pool 2. Despite of paying such a high rate $400/night, breakfast was not included. This is the first time I checked into a hotel with no breakfast included.

Value for dollar is questionable....

Liked: Gorgeous hotel, great location, lovely staff
Disliked: - overly complicated procedures with things as simple as wifi and chromecast- rooms are small and beds are poor quality for such an expense- unbelievable that wifi is not included unless you join a program- biggest issues were value for what you get, although what you get is fine
