Disliked: When we checked in were told by the parking valet and again by the front desk that the hotel charges $65/day to park. This seemed ridiculously high, but it got worse. When we checked out the front desk informed us that with taxes, etc. the parking charge was actually $81/day. That’s preposterous!!!

Great location, and lovely hotel...

Liked: Great location . Comfy bed , lovely lobby and bar.
Disliked: We were not given the room category confirmed and had to complain to get the correct lower room rate charged . We were offered an upgrade but only for the last night as it took over 24 hours for our concerns to be responded to . Once responded to , the staff were incredibly helpful . Also , It wasn’t possible to make the room really dark as the blinds let light from the office building across the street (which was lit 24/7 ) shine through . The sound proofing was also poor compared to other city hotels I have stayed in.
