Liked: This room renovations are nice. My room was very spacious and comfortable. The pool and exercise area was well equipped and comfortable. It was nice that your senior bellmen still remembered me from when I was a regular almost 15 years ago

I love the Hotel Mac

Liked: Beautiful castle on the river. Helpful and responsive staff. High end.
Disliked: Difficult parking situation. Valet was not well marked. Had to carry our own bags bc we could not get to valet.

Liked: The new rooms were fantastic and staff is always so great.
Disliked: The restaurant and in-room menue are not optimal.
