Fairhaven Apartment stay.

Liked: Everything was superb about the Apartment it was just the weather that was a bit off but then again it's February so it's to be expected.
Disliked: Just the weather. There were no faults at all with the Apartment. This is our 2nd time staying in this apartment and hopefully it won't be our last. It's central to everywhere and the shower was fantastic. As a family we loved it. Thank you Fairhaven for making our stay excellent.

Disliked: Lift advertised was out of order ! We werent advised !Accommodation was a little dated in room, and didnt have what you needed as in no drawers for clothes. No where for suitcases/ shoes / coats. Bathroom had no storage, no shelves for cosmetics, etc, no towel rails for towels, no heater, or radiator so bathroom was quite cold, only a small wall heater for the whole bedroom and bathroom!Window view was good and would have been amazing if windows were not covered in seagull mess and windows actually looked as if they had of been cleaned anytime in the last 6 months ! There was a table and chairs in the window but it was very draughty, so you couldnt sit there for long ! The bed was the worst! Mattress was no good, it went down to the base, when you sat on it ! The bed was squeeky and creaky, and we had to use the spare blankets to pad out the mattress ! I did speak to reception, but the only thing he said he could do was move rooms, as we only had 1 more night there we said we would manage.The car parking although explained on the website, was ok and it worked kinda but it was hassel, not being able to park anywhere nearby ! I thought the web site was not particularly clear, regarding restaurant facilities, as they did serve a continental, it didnt suggest that was all, and there were no other meal facilities at the property.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff are friendly the room was huge always spotlessly clean book the double upgraded us to a free a sea view room we always use this hotel every time we go to Weymouth
Disliked: The only thing I don't really like about the hotel loads of whiny stairs

Passable

Liked: Friendly staff and comfortable bedding
Disliked: Was cold inside the room and the air was coming from windows 🪟 not enough heating and lift was broken
