Liked: The service in the restaurant was amazing. I spent much of my mornings working in the restaurant and I feel like i was treated like family. above and beyond amazing food and friendly service by waitstaff and mam=nager of restaurant.

Great value/quality for a quick...

Liked: Convenient location within less than a five minute walk from the train station to the hotel and five minutes from DOCO. There is a shopping/entertainment plaza right next door to the hotel which we loved. Note that we did not drive but came by train. Staff were all pleasant and accommodating. We got our room upgraded for free and that was a nice surprise. Room was clean and well stocked for two people. Tv had Netflix which was a bonus for us. There is a valet and a small fitness center as well. Would definitely stay here for another weekend trip again.

Great location, but wouldn’t stay...

Liked: The gentleman who are Valet’s are the best thing about this hotel. Friendly, nice, and on point with your vehicles.Jon in the restaurant in the mornings is great! Great food suggestions.Decent beds and towels.The location is great.
Disliked: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THRU A 3rd party, the hotel will not offer any changes/modifications or any help if delays or changes pop up. We had 2 rooms and an emergency popped up and the 2nd party couldn’t come, no credit for future use, no discounts, not even the offer of a complimentary coffee, wine, or snack. They do not like 3rd party bookings. The guy Dylan who works the happy hour is not happy at all, barely polite. Obviously does not enjoy his job. It became comical each time we encountered him, Trying to force conversation became a daily goal. We never completed the goal, btw.The shower was disgustingly dirty, the shower head fell off, and the gym could use some air fresheners, it smells like a dirty mens locker room. I think the carpet has been sweated on for years and the door is always closed not giving any ventilation. Once in there, you get used to the odor mostly.
