Great value for money 2...

Liked: Room and bathroom cleaned to a high standard ,beds comfortable and nice bedding , good selection on the tea and coffee tray , hairdryer ,iron and ironing board provided Have stayed before and had dinner good value , the breakfast was well cooked
Disliked: small issue the room was chilly when we arrived it would have been nice if the heating was turned on just b/4 arrival

Not what I expected

Liked: Location was nice and breakfast was ok
Disliked: No instructions Soon as we arrived Kept waiting for over 15 mins to check in when told to wait at desk. Shown to room and felt lady was quite rude about my dog asking not to jump up on bed…. I hadn’t been told till I booked even tho I asked for pet friendly to be charged and extra £15 before I could check inI happily obliged but I felt it was a bit sneaky.Room was dated Bed was comfortable although room so hot had to put air con on middle of the night Breakfast was ok but had to prebook slot and when I went to reception desk No one there and I’m walking around for ten minutes rk find a back area to be told they are short staffed. I wouldn’t stay here again
