Liked: We really enjoyed staying here. The room was clean, comfortable and I really liked that it had a choice of shower or bath. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: I love the location very quiet and very tranquil. Room was a standard room. Had everything we needed shampoo conditioner hot chocolates tea etc.
Disliked: When I booked the room I got given the option to check in as late as 2am in the morning, I got a phone call from a very confused lady who told me that I had to be there by 10pm that night I went on to say that if I had known this I would not have booked and it is unfair as booking.com have given me this option. When I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 like she had asked she said ‘oh so you did manage to get here on time’ it made me feel very uncomfortable. We went up into the room found a few cobwebs and cracks behind the bath tub. When we woke up we went over to the restaurant, it was 10am the same lady on the desk said ‘oh have u come for breakfast ‘we may be able to put something together for you’ we said yes please she said ‘oh well it stops at 10:08 considering nobody had told us this.We sat down and they managed to make us some breakfast after they had put everything away and shut it all down.Whilst waiting for breakfast multiple members of staff were singing, shouting and having very unprofessional and unpleasant conversations. One member of staff joked about the chef being drunk and downing bottles of alcohol, she then went on to say ‘Urghh I don’t want to work today’. It was very off putting and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. I really hope they can speak to staff and inform them of the correct professional conduct whilst being at work as this has given us a very negative experience.

Liked: Breakfast was cooked to order, delicious and plentiful. There is also a buffet option to help yourself to. My poached eggs were perfect and the full English was appetising, satisfying and very well cooked
