The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and roomy. Hotel staff was nice; the location is great!

Disliked: No closets! And the noisy renovations to the hotel. Only one elevator working.

Liked: the location was superb everything was great just one point the TV was off the side on a side wall because of the bathroom being directly in front of the bed. It would have been great if it was on a bracket that could be tilted!
Disliked: The shower was and miss hot then cold.

Liked: Very comfortable room. Furnished nicely. Small ( as expected in New York ) but nothing was lacking in the room.Great location. Breakfast was simple but served quickly and with a smile.

Liked: Loved the location very close to Madison square gardens and lots of great shopping on 5th ave. Excellent restaurant on the property as well as cool lounge with great cocktails and yummy food. Small room but very clean and loved the heated floors in the bathroom, nice touch. Staff very helpful.
Disliked: Room is not sound proof so we could hear people coming and going. However all at appropriate times, quiet late at night.

Liked: The breakfast was exceptional! I really enjoyed the egg sandwich and orange daily.

Should be a 3* hotel.

Liked: Location was good and decor pretty.
Disliked: The bedroom was absolutely tiny - not enough room for a suitcase to be opened. There was no natural light in the room so it felt incredibly dark and small. There was no tea or coffee facilities. Having to take water from reception instead of using the bedroom water was ridiculous. It just looks mean to make guests pay for one type of water and give out the other. Surely just replace all bedroom waters with the reception water. Waiting time for the lifts was very long. Turning off bedside lights required you to get out of bed. Bathroom amenity sets weren’t replaced following use.

Disliked: Everything was wrong with this hotel No room service until 5pm No phones in rooms working so had to carry 6 cases down on departureNo breakfast restuarant open in the hotel at all which is not advertised on the booking portals instead there’s a grab breakfast which is advertised as if you want a grab breakfast if your going out instead of eating in the hotel the grab breakfast consisting of one drink and one pastry this isn’t a breakfast it’s a complete joke and false advertising.Doorman rude when asked to sort taxi on more than one occasionI would be recommending anyone to avoid this hotel
