The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and roomy. Hotel staff was nice; the location is great!

Disliked: No closets! And the noisy renovations to the hotel. Only one elevator working.

Quaint hotel with a Great...

Liked: Location, location, location! This property is in the perfect location in Midtown Manhattan close to the Empire State Building, Flatiron, and many top sight seeing attractions! I enjoyed the complimentary water and the wine hour within the hotel. It was also a treat that there was free breakfast. The best thing was the heated bathroom floors.
Disliked: The rooms are outdated and very small. There’s no microwave or fridge to store food, our room only had one rob although the reservation was for two guests. The breakfast options are extremely limited and the heat in our room did not work. For a four star Boutique hotel I expected more. Lastly the price is not worth the stay in my opinion. This wouldn’t be my first choice if I were to ever return.

Liked: Clean and comfortable room. Size is obviously at a premium in the heart of manhattan but the room was very nice, the lobby was nicely decorated and the staff were helpful and welcoming

Liked: The rooms were small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was super convenient and included a gluten free option (overnight oats) that we had every morning! The hotel is located really conveniently nearby two subway stations, in an area with tons of restaurants/cafes/shops to choose from and within walking distance to the Madison square garden. Overall a great spot for our trip.
Disliked: The lifts seemed to have some ongoing issues.

Liked: Ideal location, close to the Empire State building, the Flatiron and for exploring everywhere on foot. The hotel was stylish and well-maintained and breakfast was a real bonus - delicious coffee!
Disliked: Spin bike in the gym is apparently only able to be used by those who have an account for that system.

Liked: Comfy room and pretty spacious for New York. The lobby is gorgeous and bar/restaurant downstairs was poppin!
Disliked: A few odd things, like the threat of a fee if you use the mini fridge in the room for your own food or drink. And no food or drink allowed in the lobby. These were small annoyances.
