Liked: The room was nice, renovated, but in basemnt with view to a wall
Disliked: No breakfast available, if you aim at being aquality hotel, make sure there is berakfast. Now customers have to drive downtown first thing in the morning. Very annoying and disappointong

Liked: Room was dirty. Mirrors had not been cleaned correctly. The shower had hair on the walls. The balcony windows were gross. No breakfast. No pool. No jacuzzi. No kind of services besides the very expensive spa! [Boring] I should have done better research on this hotel. Very over priced for a mediocre hotel. I have stayed in better hotels for half the price.
Disliked: Everything from cleanliness of room to the over crowded restaurant with tons of ppl blocking the hallways.

Disliked: The French fries with my meal had been mixed fresh with fries that had been held too long. Made for a poor dining experience. Need to toss overheld fries and not serve them. The waitress never asked why I didn’t eat them. L
