Old charm, great restaurant.

Liked: The old charm and restaurant was lovely.
Disliked: Rooms are small and bathroom was even smaller. It is understandable for an old hotel, so this isn’t an actual complaint - just a heads up for someone who may need room in a bathroom.

Liked: Ambiance of room was exceptional with careful attention to small details. Restaurant was lovely.
Disliked: Would love to have had more coffee, tea, and provision options in the lobby.

HVAC system noise would make...

Liked: The room furnishings were okay.
Disliked: The sound coming out of the AC/heating vents was intolerable! I switched rooms twice, and it was the same issue in each one. I could not use this sytem due to the screeching sound, but the front desk thankfully had a portable heater for me to use.The entire breakfast options offered consisted of a single chaffing dish with nasty looking sausage, oatmeal, and eggs. THAT'S IT! No fruit, muffins, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, or cereal. They also accidently double-booked my room, and I had another guest attempt to enter my room at 11:30PM.The local area of the city also felt sad and unsafe.Unacceptable.
