Very Charming Hotel with Room...

Liked: We love the hotel! the ambience is just awesome. Clean, spacious, so much to see and to discover. We'll be back soon.
Disliked: The room was quite noisy, with a constant humming sound. There were also some small details I expected to be better for a hotel of this caliber: the bathroom amenities could have been of higher quality, there was no bathrobe provided, and the lounge chairs by the pool were very uncomfortable. The pantry offerings were underwhelming, and despite informing the staff about our broken coffee machine, it was never replaced. While these issues weren’t major, they were enough to prevent me from giving a perfect rating.

Don't stay in the Hotel...

Liked: We actually love that hotel. But not this time...
Disliked: Due to the Winter Wonderland located across from the hotel, the lobby, bar, and other facilities were extremely crowded. This was unexpected, as the hotel was overwhelmed with people who were not guests. It was very disappointing.
