Liked: The location was great! Love the text option for if we need anything and to keep us informed of events happening on the property. We had a room that overlooked the arena and the view was amazing!!
Disliked: Would love to have been told the location of the pool when we first checked in. Also, the food at the pool dining was all out of date my salad was rotten on the bottom. When I made the reservation I was asked if I had any special request, I asked if I could have a birthday card in the room for my daughter as the stay at your hotel was her birthday gift. There was no card, I understand not all requests can be accommodated but a reply back letting me know it could not be accommodated would have been appreciated.
