Liked: The staff was fast and friendly, and the room was very clean, updated, and spacious.
Disliked: The only complaint I can share is the showerhead is really tall and I am not. A handheld showerhead would be helpful for the shorter population.

Liked: All rooms are pet friendly, there is a park behind the hotel for dog walking. Great breakfast, free parking and close to food and shopping.

Disliked: The "crib" advertised is a pack and play that doesn't even have a mattress or sheets. So if you ask for a crib and expect your child to sleep in this, make other plans. We had to go out after realizing this and buy a travel bassinet for our baby to sleep in.

Liked: Proximity. The property can be a charming place. I’ve been coming for a while and it’s sort of my home away from home.
Disliked: Reconstruction is taking forever. My previous visit to the one we’re talking about did not allow to use the elevator. That’s convenient to the wing. I was in. No big deal. Just slightly inconvenient. This past visit the wing where the dining area is was closed off, so the only access was to go outside in the bitter cold and walk around the building and come in that way.They have done away with the individual complementary shampoos and lotions. Now it’s utilitarian soaps. Do not have a bar of face soap is inconvenient and disappointing. That should not be eliminated. The ice bucket was missing a lid. Minor things in the scheme of things however they do make a little bit of a difference.
