Very cool hotel off the...

Liked: Property was very chic and modern! We definitely enjoyed our stay! Facilities were all very new and very clean. The restaurant was great for breakfast, the tv in the room was perfect and up to date (had Netflix), and the staff were friendly!
Disliked: Beds need a nice good/fluffy comforter (it was like one sheet and this heavier somewhat blanket?) and there was very very minimal parking on site. We were very fortunate and had ZERO issues with parking but just in general parking lot got full quickly.

Liked: I was able to find a parking spot in the lot. Lot is small however. If visiting during a busy time, it might be difficult to find parking at the hotel.

Disliked: Pool area needs updating/sprucing up. Remove rug from bedroom, dirty/dingy. Stick with wood floors only, much cleaner.

Stylish isn't everything

Liked: Nice style, comfortable beds.
Disliked: The biggest downside for me was that the hotel was really noisy. I carefully read reviews and have purposefully chosen a hotel not on the strip to enjoy a bit more quiet, but unfortunately (as in lots of hotels in the US), there is a lot of noise at night coming from various places (e.g. air conditioning in the hallway, etc.). Also, the light of the in-room air conditioner is very bright and can not be turned off. So make sure to bring a sleep mask and earplugs if you're a light sleeper. We both didn't like the restaurant very much too. Although it seems like a fancy place, the choices for brunch were a bit odd, and it was hard to find something rather usual to eat. Also, it's a bit overpriced.Overall, I would say it's a good experience, but for me, it was not worth spending almost double the price compared to a hotel on the strip.

Disliked: We planed to have breakfast but the breakfast room was cooled down way too much and the music was way too loud.
