Liked: Clean, comfortable, renovated room in a great location, easy walking distance to everything. Free and plentiful cooked breakfast a bonus. Staff willing to accommodate room change.
Disliked: At first we were given a room on the top floor which looked decent and clean but found it very cold as it was January. The heater smelled musty. We also noticed there was a skylight which would have woken us early, so asked to change rooms. Staff were very accommodating and we moved to a room on third floor which was great. We really like the hotel but would have had a different opinion had we kept the original room on top floor.

Another pleasant stay

Liked: The 1 bedroom suite was perfect for recovery from my operation at RJH. My medical escort had a large foldout couch in the living room, and I had easy access to the restroom just outside the bedroom. This unit had two balconies, a full kitchenette, an apartment sized refrigerator, two large clothes closets, and ample storage space for clothing. This suite was pet friendly at an additional $20 per night. As I was recovering, we declined housekeeping services.
Disliked: No fault of the hotel, but a very hyperactive, excited sports team of young ladies was staying on the same floor, and they're super loud going between rooms visiting. This only happened for a couple of hours in the late evening's, but they usually settled down when it reached 1030pm.
