Liked: Staff was great. Pool was nice n spacious.
Disliked: We didn’t have face towels once we made it to the room. Took them forever to bring towels.

Disliked: Room cleaning/service was every 2 days.Whenever we were calling the front desk for things needed we were getting them after hours and upon many phone calls

Liked: I liked the view, and the decor.
Disliked: I didn't like that there wasn't no slippers or robes. I didn't like they charge the deposit per night, I think they should specify that during bookings.

I wouldn't recommend this stay...

Liked: Location was good. Gym looked great but i didn't have time to use it. They add a $65 amenity fee each night so try and use the gym, your paying for it.
Disliked: I wouldn't recommend this stay to anyone. Check in was chaos, the lobby is small and has hostel vibes rather than 4 star energy. Rooms look good it the pictures but have cheap furniture and are very uncomfortable. The sofa was the worst, it was like sitting on two concrete slabs and it was broken so it couldn't be made into a sofa bed as they claim. No in room dining, no bathrobes, no slippers, no house keeping, no restock of the fridge. No mood lighting or lamps in the whole place, bathroom design was off, pillows were bad, not cosy at all. Very disappointed with this stay.
