Location was little off, overall...
Liked: Property location is off & rooms are tiny.
Disliked: Rooms were not cleaned, towels were not replaced even after asking multiple times.

Excellent!
Liked: Loved the views! The room was very chic and comfortable. I did not use any of the amenities but they supplied just about anything you could want (for an added cost, of course). It was a little chilly when we were there but the rooftop pool and bar is awesome! Pizza at the hotel restaurant was very good. We had very friendly staff from check in to check out. Highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: I’m from Michigan so I was bummed that the restaurant didn’t have outdoor seating (I want as much warmth and sun as I can get)

Liked: Location and views are excellent. Always friendly staff and safe location.
Disliked: Having stayed in 2023 and 2024 some wear and tear is now evident

Could be good as stylish...
Liked: Positives:Stylish hotel with well equipped rooms - modern kitchen in the room with washing machine and dishwasher. Contemporary bathroom.Excellent location for downtown Miami and Kaseya centre.Comfy beds.Check in and check out process efficient.Specific staff members good customer service and room change helped with ease, apology made about an issue with the room.
Disliked: Negatives:This could have been a 9-10 rated hotel but...1st night, sudden loud buzzing noise coming from the wall that was extremely loud and distressing when woken by it, this started at 3am - concierge member of staff very vague about what was going on, said about issue with pipes and someone would fix - not a solution, how could this be considered any decent level of customer service? Immediate room change is the answer.1st night with jet lag because of the above, effectively a wasted nights stay as we had no sleep as the noise continued to happen intermittently until the morning the next day.Did get help the following morning but had to drive home the issue about a room change at reception - staff were helpful there.Air con in first room did not work.Day 3 cleaning staff left the room door open which we came back to after a day of being out - again had to raise this with staff, did get a written apology and left a bottle of wine.For me one nights stay was money lost as the buzzing noise prevented any further sleep - terrible for a highly rated hotel, should have been refunded this.

Excellent night before our family...
Liked: Everything from start to finish was excellent. The 2 bedroom apartment was just what we needed before cruising the next day. The location is excellent if you are taking a cruise. Minimal uber to the port. Loved the welcome gift, made mimosas the next am. It is close to multiple restaurants and corner stores as well. We liked hiw organized the elevators were as well. Next time we will make use of the pool area as it was so pretty! Everyone had their own bathroom which was awesome as well! Great views!
Disliked: We really enjoyed everything. The pull out couch was not that comfortable but what pull put couches are?
