This was the perfect spot...

Liked: The room was amazing. High ceilings, comfy bed, cool decor, a fireplace, and a nice bathroom. The door lock using Open Key was easy and worked every time. It felt like we had our own private space because of how the hotel is set up. The lobby is great with the water and coffee, chairs, tables and sofa.
Disliked: N/A

Liked: quick, kind and courteous service and excellent location. great place!
Disliked: we booked a king room, but the bed was queen size. we were moved quickly and efficiently to a new room that was great

Passable

Liked: The room was spacious and clean and the host was very friendly .
Disliked: The nylon bottom sheet on tghe bed which they said they will update in future as it is recently purchased.

Great hotel, great staff

Liked: Just a few minutes walk from the sea, the staff couldn’t have been friendlier and more welcoming.
Disliked: Weather made the ferry an impossibility, and the bus ride is a long way and the plane is fairly expensive. None of these are dealbreakers, but worth bearing in mind. The welcome and idyllic location more than made up for it.

Liked: The wine and snack afternoon reception was great. It was our wedding anniversary and Manager Marc Anthony sent a bottle of bubbly to our room and made sure we had dinner reservations for the evening. He sat in at the afternoon reception and gave everyone tips on things to see and do. He was very personable and helpful. He's the best!Adorable accommodations and the courtyard sitting area is very beautiful.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a pastry and juice available at morning coffee. Understandably local businesses are promoted for meals but local stores and bakeries could also benefit by being a source for those extras.

Liked: We LOVED our stay here. Property is beautiful and close to Main Street. Honestly, the best party was the amazing staff! Marc Anthony was so kind and knowledgeable. Took the time to write down a whole itinerary for us! Very thoughtful.
Disliked: Doors are not sound proof. I can hear everyone who walked passed our room.

Beautiful and memorable

Liked: I Loved everything about this hotel. From the staff that was so warm and welcoming (shout out for Marc Anthony and Michael who made you feel like you were more than a guest from the time you walked in the door until your last minute walking out the door ) Loved the wine and cheese hour that they had for you. The convenience of the Keurig machines in the rooms to the breakfast area for coffee and tea at all hours of the day. The special touches that they made in the court yards and sitting areas with the lanterns. It was so spectacular. I have not stopped bragging about this hotel since I got home. I can't wait to get back there. Hidden gem for Provincetown. Thank you to you all for making our stay for 5 nights there spectacular.
