Very good
Liked: The location was great the quality,service and price of the food was great.
Disliked: The pillows were not great they were cheap pillows and really let the bed down

Good value for money
Liked: Staff were super friendly and helpful. Couldn't do anymore for us :-) Room was a good size and had everything you'd expect.The food in the restaurant was lovely.
Disliked: Cooked breakfast wasn't the best, sausages were poor quality.Bed was quite hard

Overall very pleasant stay. Good...
Liked: Rooms were very nicely finished, very nice and very clean bathroom, comfy beds and plenty of tea bags & milk portions for the all important cuppa. Breakfast was excellent. Very good selection of cereals, yoghurts, fruit & juices etc and a very nice full english. And proper filter coffee with top ups served by a very charming young lady.
Disliked: Car parking was a bit of a nightmare. They have parking for cruise guests so lots of cars. Would probably advise NOT parking on site if you are coming and going. Would be helpful if the hotel could advise alternative options nearby.

Suited our needs very well...
Liked: Really lovely staff, very friendly , smiling morning welcomes in Breakfast room and at reception, staff exceptionally helpful. Very clean hotel, water nice and hot for taking shower or bath. Great location for buses from airport and into the city centre. Variety of offerings for breakfast , people should be able to find something they like, and we were able to ask for preferences re beverages. Just to note hairdryers need to be asked for at reception, and toiletries are attached to walls , making that a bit awkward if having a bath, instead of showering, if you have not brought your own. We did not use the restaurant.
Disliked: The only thing I would suggest is that the pillows could be doing with being replaced, simply because they had lost any support or plump. I realise there is a lot of use in a busy and popular hotel but they do make a difference to the quality of sleep and comfort . Our stay was short so I didn’t ask for any more pillows or replacements, I’m sure it would have been accommodated if I had.
